Pricing questions
What does "AI-evaluated" mean?
Every item is automatically classified as bug, idea, feature or process, summarized and assigned to a topic. The quota counts these evaluations per calendar month, across every project in the workspace.
What happens once the quota is full?
Feedback keeps coming in, only the automatic evaluation pauses until the start of the next month. Only once the quota reaches its double do we stop accepting new items, so a Free inbox does not grow without limit.
Per workspace or per seat?
Per workspace. Starter includes up to 5 members, Pro any number, no extra cost per head.
Can I switch or cancel?
Anytime. Monthly plans end at month end, yearly plans at year end. Downgrading keeps your projects and data; anything over the new limit becomes read-only.
Is MCP really included in the Free plan?
Yes. Claude Code, Cursor and Codex read the board and write status back, on every plan. Plans differ by projects, members and the evaluation quota, not by access.
Where is the data stored, and is there a DPA?
Database and backend in Frankfurt. The data processing agreement is included on every plan, including Free. The template text for your own privacy policy is in the project settings.
How does billing work?
Invoice by email, payment by card or SEPA direct debit once self-service checkout is live. All prices net; VAT is shown on the invoice.
